Roller Burnishing tools are rotary tools basically composed of a cylindrical or conic roller set that can be applied to any part whose surface presents rotational symmetry:

  • external and internal cylindrical surfaces, external and internal conical surfaces, annular flat surfaces, spherical caps, etc.

There is a large variety of standardized tools available, but, only internal and external cylindrical surfaces.

Tools for not cylindrical surfaces are designer and manufactured especially for application.
